The myBeiGene patient support program is available to patients who are prescribed BRUKINSA® (zanubrutinib) treatment and their caregivers on reimbursement assistance, information about BRUKINSA, and other day-to-day needs. If for any reason your nurse is unavailable to provide immediate support, another Oncology Nurse Advocate will assist you.

Your myBeiGene Oncology Nurse Advocate will work with you to assess your insurance coverage and, if eligible, help you with financial assistance.*†
If there is a delay in insurance coverage verification of 5 days or more, myBeiGene will provide a free 30-day supply of BRUKINSA to eligible patients to avoid further treatment delay.*

BRUKINSA is only available through specialty pharmacies. Your myBeiGene Oncology Nurse Advocate will get in touch with you and your physician to coordinate the treatment delivery and initiate refills to ensure that you receive BRUKINSA on time.

The myBeiGene patient support program offers assistance for BRUKINSA® (zanubrutinib) patients in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, and over 150 languages in call service.
Before our Oncology Nurse Advocates reach out to patients via phone, they identify the patient’s native or preferred language in their enrollment form and bring in a live translation service line to facilitate the call. For calls initiated by patients and caregivers, the myBeiGene Oncology Nurse Advocate will quickly merge the translation service into the call to improve the quality of support.

If your health insurance coverage changes, your Oncology Nurse Advocate is here to help you understand your new coverage and provide financial assistance, if needed, based on your eligibility. Before year-end, your Oncology Nurse Advocate will send you a reminder to look into any potential coverage changes in the coming year, provide information on the process, and connect you to insurance counseling services if needed. We will work with you and your doctor's office to prevent treatment interruptions related to insurance changes.
